Solar Powered Pool Filtration
The control unit uses maximum power point tracking (MPPT) to pull the most from your solar panels, shifting to mains power only when solar is unavailable. It’s designed to run efficiently straight out of the box with plug-and-play compatibility for 3 to 4 panels. A bright OLED display gives you direct access to settings like pump speed, cleaning cycles, and power usage.
Built-in smart features include automatic priming, programmable cleaning modes, seasonal scheduling, and real-time energy monitoring. The system prioritises solar power without needing extra components, making it an ideal fit for both residential and light commercial pools.

SP-100 (0.75 kW / 1.0 HP)
Delivers 21 m³/h flow at 14.8 m head
SP-150 (1.2 kW / 1.6 HP)
Delivers 25 m³/h flow at 18.2 m head
SP-300 (2.2 kW / 3.0 HP)
Delivers 33 m³/h flow at 19.6 m head
Each pump is equipped with a variable-speed brushless DC motor and operates quietly between 1000 and 3000 RPM. Components include Eagle Bergman ceramic seals, heavy-duty bearings, and industry-standard 50 mm PVC connections. The external body is built from UV-stabilised, anti-corrosive material to ensure long life outdoors.
Smart Heating Capability
If you’re also heating your pool with solar, the pump system includes a motorised actuator that redirects flow through rooftop solar collectors when temperature conditions are right. This feature is automated using an onboard temperature sensor and allows the same pump to handle both heating and filtration duties.
It works in parallel with most common chlorinators and simplifies system design by reducing the need for extra plumbing or hardware.
Fast Install and Easy Setup
Solar ACDC’s solar pool pumps are built for straightforward installation. They operate from AC and/or DC and solar panels can be added at any time. The controller’s auto-priming function ensures a reliable start-up each day, even in overcast conditions.
